The Sokol Manor refresh project entailed an extensive interior and exterior renovation to the existing 32-unit seniors housing building. The project includes replacement of interior finish materials, new kitchens and bathrooms, replacement of all suite windows and exterior siding replacement. Two main floor suites were reconfigured to become visitable.
